Killing Dragons and other country player assistancec

Hi,
I've got a question about the dragon killing missions and who is allowed to help. Yesterday I accompanied several LS members who were from Bastok and going to Balgas Dias to kill their m6 dragon, and I wanted to help. They assured me I should be able to get in without issue. However, when I tried to enter the circle it said a cursed seal has been placed on this circle.

I am from Windhurst and have rank 2 currently.

Well, the rest of them went in without issue and completed the mission without problems. However, I am getting ready to kill my dragon as well for Windhurst rank 3. I'm sure my LS friends would be willing to help me kill the Sandoria Dragon, but what are the rules for them to be able to help?

Must they simply be rank 3 in their own country? Or are the only people allowed addmittance those on Windhurst's mission 6, or other Windhurst people who have already completed mission 6? This may be a problem for me as most of my LS are from Bastok. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The only rules is they have to remember they'll be dropped to level 25, so they should bring the appropriate leveled gear. They can help if they are currently on the same step of the same mission OR they've already finished that mission.

However, how does it work if they are currently from a different nation? Technically they would not have completed the Windhurst mission. Can they get in if they've completed their own rank 3 mission, or do they need to be from windhurst and have completed the exact same mission (and/or against the same dragon?)?

You have to complete your own dragon mission before you are allowed to help others with theirs.

Then the person with the mission has to go in first, then you can head on in.

I need to kill the bastok dragon and know that its in the mines somewhere but my LS is lacking in telling me where a map of the palce can be bought and where the dragon is. Also do i need any items to start the quest or will it start when i near the burning circle???
