Floor plans to the Chateau?

Its the one where he tells you to bring the fake floor plans to Halver, then asks you to retreive the real ones from Ghelsba.

Do orcs have it? Is it a ??? or boss fight? He said take it back from the orcs and that request explination leaves much to be desired.

Who innitiats this quest...I have the plans eating up a slot but no idea who to hand them to.

Once you walk into N San, turn to your left... or right... and there will be a guy standing seeminly impatient with a task for you to complete.

He'll send you to Halver, then when you return he asks you to find the floor plans.
