How do you get an airship pass? I am in Bastok and want to travel to Windhurst.

u can either buy it at air travel agency in lower jueno (like500k?) or complete mission 10 (lvl 30+) to get it as a reward.
EDIT: if u want to travel to windy now. ur route will be S.gustaberg>N.Gustaberg>Konschtat Highlands>Valkurm>Selbina>Ferry to Mhaura>Buburimu>Tarongi>E. Sarutabaruta>Windurst
Make sure u have all the general region maps and dodge mobs that aggro, like goblins/yagudos/Undeads at night.
