This quest is annoying, he tells me to bring him 5 onion equipment, and i have 5 onion equipment, but he wont accept them, i tried giving him one by one, and all 5 at once. Why is Romeo being dumb?

heh. i had the same problem.
you MUST have all 5 of the same pieces.
example. 5 onion swords or 5 onion daggers.
it's the only way he accepts it. The reward for this quest is a Wastebasket (furniture for your mog house). But it sells for Quite a lot if you don't happen to use it.
