windhurst- flowers quest

I'm trying to do the quest "Flowers and Fighting", that you get from Maori-Kaori in windy waters. Every time I talk to him tho, he just cries... how do I make him give it up? I guess I have to talk to folks in the area... anyone in particular? I went to all th houses and he just cries... is there a fame requirement?

Also, can that flower be bought at the AH? What is it called?

(House, Windurst Waters)
Reward: (sword)
Solution:
Talk to everyone in the nearby houses, and then to
Moari-Kaaori. Then go to the Rhinostery to get more
info on the flower. REMEMBER WHAT HOW MOARI-KAAORI
DESCRIBES THE FLOWER!!! You will need that info
when you talk to the people in the Rhinostery. Then
Go to F-6 in Tahrongi and get the flower. Trade it
to Moari-Kaaori.

Remember his exact description of the flower and take that to the Taru. He'll tell you they don't have it, at which point you head out to Tahrongi. In that little clearing there are normally a lot of gobs and in the middle theres this odd cactus thing. Touch the cactus and get the flower, go back and he gives you an Iron Sword.
