Where do i get the subjob quest?

I was wondering cause i have a lvl 14 RDM and a lvl 12 WAR and i was wondering where do i get the subjob quest. i know this probally a stupid question. like it is so obvious but i just can't see it. can u please tell me where to get it and maybe what to do please help me.i just know it is right in front of my face like the mind of a theif you hide in plain sight. i just know it is in plain sight. i bet i get the quest from my moogle in my mog house or something.anyway can u please help me.

Go to either Selbina or Mhaura. Selbina, where it is supposedly easier, you should find the guy near the water, all alone, at the edge of the town. I don't know about Mhaura....maybe on the little bridge above the entrance. It's a small town, you should be able to find it.

In Selbina the guys name is Isaco or something like that down by the water. Now you do have to be lvl 18 even to get the quest. before hand he won't give it to you. But you can be working on getting your quest Items.

In Selbina you need a damselfly worm, a crab apron, and a magicked skull, so start collecting and the skull is HARD to find...Go to Gusgen with a PT for it

Mhaura

The Mhaura quest requires a Wild Rabbit Tail, dropped by Mighty Rarabs, Cup of Dhalmel Saliva, dropped by Bull Dhalmels, and a Bloody Robe, dropped by the impossibly hard Bogy that appears 2000-0400. I had a full 12 person Alliance of lvls 15-18 and we got everything for everyong except the Bloody Robe. We destroyed everything except the Bogys. The bogys are impossible.

12 people is not a full alliance 18 is...but anyway the Bogy is probably just as hard to find as the Ghoul im guessing...but why are the Bogys impossible gimme the check rating and we'll determine
