anyone have info for bastok missions 13 and higher?

I thought I would redo this and make it more official looking.

Note: a common question is whether or not people from other countries can participate and help in these missions, the answer is yes. These are not BC fights, the NM's are in open areas and anyone from any country can attack them.

Bastok M13:
Accept the Mission, then procede to Bastok Mines and Talk to Medicine Eagle, you will be shown a cutscene of earlier events. Then head into Zeruhn Mines and talk to Drake Fang.
Head to West Altepa Desert and inspect the ??? at G-7, southwest of Revalation Rock. Two NMs will apear, Eastern and Western Sphinx. Dispose of them to and check the ??? again for a moon pebble. Proceed to Bastok Mines and speak with Tall Mountain for another cutscene. I don't remember if you complete the mission here, or have to talk to the mission giver one more time first.
Recomennded party configuration is atleast two parties of 60, three makes it super easy.



Bastok M14:
Accept the Mission then talk to Naji for a cutscene. You are to proceed to Norg and speak with Gilgamesh. After the cutscene with Gilgamesh you will need an Adaman ore. I believe this can be mined in Ifrit's Cauldron, but you can also buy it. But you will only need 1 ore for every 6 people. Enter Ifrit's Cauldron through I-6 in Yhoator Jungle. Your destination is the ??? at H7. If you don't have a map, take the first left at the fork in the road, then a right at the next split in the path and just keep going. You will reach a spot where lava is flowing into a pool. Trade the Adaman Ore and 2 NM will appear, Salamander (lizard type) and Magma (bomb type). Of course take care of the Magma first before it explodes (although it seemed to be very very weak) and it will drop 6 rare/ex items. After getting the item for every person in your alliance, head back to norg. Talk to Gilgamesh for another cutscene (which features the best npc in the game) and head back to Naji to complete the mission and receive your Rank 7 (and 40k).
Recommended party is atleast 2 level 60 parties, but the more the merrier.
note: You will not need silent oil or invis powder for this, the ??? is pretty close to the entrance and the bees around the area are non aggresive.

Bastok Mission 15
-Accept the mission from the mission guard.
-Talk to Cid in the Metal Works for a cutscene, he wants a sample of cerment to do research on, "It's the material of the future, so to speak".
-Head north of Zi'tah to Ro'Maeve, you will need silent oils here because things will still very easily aggro level 70, and there are pots and dolls that react to magic.
-Check the ??? at J-8 and two Golem type NM's will appear
(note) What my alliance did was clear out a nearby room of monsters, then pull the monsters that surrounded the ??? to the room to eliminate any chance of a link and having to fight many things at once.
-Haul Ass to the other side of the map at D-10 and check the ??? to receive some cerment.
-Return the sample to Cid to complete the mission.


Bastok Mission 16
- Accept the mission from the mission guard
- Go to the President's office to speak with President Karst. There is a rumor that a letter from Werei was handed to an adventurer; you are to retrieve that letter.
- Head to the restaurant in Port Bastok (Steaming Ship or something) to find the wearabout of the adventurer. Speak with the woman named Hilde and she'll tell you that the adventurer was asking about palborough mines.
-Go to palborough and enter the Burning Circle.
BCNM details:
The recommended party level is 65+ to make it somewhat easy.
There are four Quadav NM's and they should be killed in this order
Whm>Rdm>Drk>War. I don't remember their names exactly, but the beginning of their names are
Sa-Whm
Da-Rdm
Go-Drk
Ku-War
So kill Sa>Da>Go>Ku I believe they are all capable of using their jobs two hour (I know for a fact the Whm does when he's near death)

- After rescuing the adventurer from the quadavs he will give you the letter from Werei to Gumbah.
- Speak with President Karst again to complete the mission and to receive your rank 8 and a nice bonus of 60k
-Although the mission is technically completed, you must deliver the letter to Gumbah in Bastok Mines before you are able to accept the next mission.

For Bastok M13, be sure you have spoken to everyone. I missed the last guy T T. M16 was difficult. These Turtles are strong. I plan on going back once I'm LV62 (Sleepga with BLM sub) or can muster enough high levels to help me.

I'll help you Tomoh ; Also Musashi I believe that the ???'s in Ro'Maeve pop randomly, atleast that is what I was told, so you have to search to find it- and it repops to a different position after you kill the Machina, so you have to run around and find it and examine it to get the key item.
