Mog House Expansion Quest help please

It increased the number of spaces you have in your mog house by 10 for each quest.

How many quests are there? I've done the first 3 (bronze, mahogany and noble beds). Are there any more?

i was trying to expand my mule's house, but my mule's moogle just wont give me the quest.

i guess it is fame based.
