help in bastok quests

Does anyone know what to do on the 2nd quest from Nbu Latteh? I already went to the sign post in konschant, and i got the key item, but... what i need now? I talk to her and nothing happends....

and... btw, anyone know a way to complete the powahtan quest without being a lvl 31+ whm??

I only need these 2 quest for bastok and I can't still apply the titan quest ~

1. You would have to go to Bastok Mines, visit Nbu Latteh's home, and talk to the Mithra child Roh Latteh to finish the quest. It is the same Mithra child as in quest #1.

2. You can obtain a replica maul (ƒŒƒvƒŠƒJƒ‚?[ƒ‹) instead of a regular maul. The replica maul is also lv31+ and is equipable by all jobs.
