Help whit a win quest translation

i done this quest the last month but when i talk whit kohlo-Lakolo he give me the same quest but. i cant finisth it because he don't acep the 4 wil onions .
somebody can helpme??

After you have traded 4 wild onions to Kohlo-Lakolo, go to the House of the Hero in Windurst Walls for an event. Afterwards talk to Kohlo-Lakolo again to finish the quest.

i cant trade the 4 will onions, he don't acep it and only say this.

i went to hero's house and i saw a cut escene
and wen i back to port the quest was finishing ^^
but i have other problem whit other quest
the name of the quest is: "traveller's hat
i think of that quest will change beacuse the name of the hat is diferent than the i fished in port.
if you now the procedure tellme please
