RSE help

i have a few questions about the RSE quests

how many quest's do you need done to accept the RSE quests?and what do the quest's involve?

i really need to know as fast as possible, thanks

I think it's around 35+ quests completed. Whether or not they can all be repeated quests I'm not sure. In Sand'oria, the easiest repeat quest is the bat wings guy (that freak). Not sure if there any level or rank requirements either.

well, that's the odd thing, i have 40 quest's done between all 4 nations and "other areas" not including repeatables.

Hm, all I can suggest is try a few repeatables, couple dozen bat wings, fish, or onions.

Maybe you just need more quests in Jeuno... or you're talking to the wrong guy.
The quest involves going to Shakrami, Gusgen, or Ordelle at a certain time and opening the chest.

ok, but in that case what are some low fame quests i can do in jueno? the only jueno quest i've done is the chocobo quest.

try 'Your Crystal Ball" but if your level is 28, you will have a lot of trouble. You have to kill a floating eye(Šy/easy) at 44. got me down to about 16/750hp from full hp... Thats from the fortune teller in LowJeuno

You need enough fame from a specific place, not just spread over several different ones. Just cause you've done a certain amount total doesnt mean you've acquired the necissary fame level/title. Try completeing 35+ quests in your home town then try to accept RSE quest again.

heres my experience ....i just got the quest....i have completed 27 total quests and have done the repeatables in sandoria (bat wings, flint stones, etc) probably 40 times each ....so i would say the repeatables definately helped me...
