  • Bastok mission 2

Where do I go to solve this one I've been wandering the zone for a while now and haven't found anything.

  • #2
I wondered this as well. The Dangruf Wadi is a confusing maze without a map, which is not sold ... but I heard rumors of a quest to get it somehow.

Without a map I keep wandering as well, fighting goblins until the inevitable point where 2-3 of the tough ones locate me. Then back to Bastok to plot another Wadi trip.

Anyone have a map or directions to the geyser?

    Thanks,

    Shonassir

Me and a friend kept going right when we came to a fork and found the geiser so quick.

I had troble with is one as well...until Sniper helped me out

Go into the Wadi and stay to the right each fork and you will easily find the geyser. Now , you have to stand on top of it and ride it up to the next level...then return to Bastok. Good luck!

          For the map
Im not sure on the NPCs name. But i remember that there is this dancing old guy in Bastok (somewhere). Trade him a bone dropped by undead skeletons and he'll give you Wadi map

 Oh yea, do NOT ride the geyser up into the next level. It's instant ownage. The good thing is, you don't have to walk back to Bastok

I didn't do these "stay on the right" each fork that comes along the way. I went with a friend who was, at that time, twice as high in levels than I. We took up a geyser and instantly, my test read a "red" color. Because of a near death run-in with a Goblin Ambusher, we decided to head back into Bastok where I was able to complete the quest.

If you can go in a party, this mission should be a breeze.

It is the Bare Bones quest that give you the Wadi map as a reward. Get a bone chip from an echanted bones at night. Give it to the dancing fruitcake near the Galkan Bridge in Bastok Market.

in Wadi you can easily reach that spot without map. just keep going north you'll see a water spring. stand on the hole the spring's coming out from until you got lifted up to the higher ground and you're done. go back to Cid.

I feel dumb asking guys but how do you even get to wadi? I have went everywhere and still can't locate it.

Nevermind guys I found a nice atlas to use online.

It is called 'the fumaroles' (spelling mistake?) on the map. It is actually the wadi. i had this problem too
