I don't believe AF 3 includes the helmet as AF three are for levels 54, 56, and 58. whereas the helmet is a level 60 equipable so it's AF4 right?

AF3 = Helmet

There are only 3 real AF quests. The others are Dark Spark and two coffer hunts.

coffer AF don't count as numbers, only the ones where you have to do quest to do.
sword:af1
boots:af2
helmet: af3.

coffers and such can be counted as af2 because you need to accept af2 in order to open the coffers.

and cron, have you heard exactly what effect the silent concentration on the helmet does?
constantly charge tp?
add when you use silent concentration ja?

Ohh i understand got ya. Was just miss-informed i guess lol. On another side note what is the effect from eating a rice ball? lol i ate one in town the other day for kicks but didn't notice any changes.

Rice&Helmet

The Rice increases your DEF +10 ,it's an effect of the AF Hand i belive, and the helmet increases your TP charge ( you simply get more ), wich is a very cool feature ^^

hmm just wanna add. the way people call AF quests

AF1 - weapon. level 40-42
AF2 - normally shoe part. level 52-54
AF3 - the level 60 part.
these 3 have to be done in order

coffers are counst as AF 4 5 6
AF4 - can accept once you got AF 2 offer. AF4 is the coffer part you need flame of darkness.
AF5 AF6 are the other AF you can get from 2 other coffers. the only requirement is you need to get AF4 offer. but you don't need to complete AF4.
AF4 - level 52-54
AF5 - level 56
AF6 - level 58

these 1 2 3 4 5 6 are not official terms. just some numbers we use to easily refer to which part we're working on.

Slight correction: you only need Guslam's quest open for any job to be able to open your coffers up.

People the Question was how can i get the Helmet, nr.1 i think is get the Quest from Gilgamesh but after this i dont have a clue, so please ........................

Okay, this obviously isnt -all- of the information, unless it turns out that it is, BUT...

I gathered some information about AF3 simply from seeing a shout in Lower Jeuno. Apparently AF3 involves a BC fight in Palborough against Demon type creatures. I hope this is a step forward for you Cron. However I dont know how many NMs there are, or if there are any prelimination preparation steps, but this might help.

Nr.3 Talk to a NPC in Maura
Nr.4 BastokMines (get a Movieseq.)
Nr.4.b PalborouhMines (Just in BC room)
Nr.5 Back to Norg (Gilgamesh)
Nr.6 PalborouhMines (BurningCircel)
Nr.7 Back to Norg (close it)
Nr.8 U also need to trade a Golden Thread to the NPC in Norg for the golden piece of the helmet.
And after all that wait 1 (real)Day to get the Helmet.

Well, seeing how its been a few days since you've done this, would you mine giving more specific details about af3, as in which NPCs you have to talk to?
