Anyone know what fossil rock I touch or what, I've touched all 4 in that one room at different times, and no monster has spawned, I checked F-8 or whatever and nothing is there either.

you must enter from tharongi side, and then, go to D, E, and F.

You have to accept some sort of quest in order for it to pop.
The NM site you are checking out should have mention what country that quest is... <too lazy to check>

I accepted the quest, durr.

I just tried touching the fossil rocks and shit and nothing happens, thought maybe someone had same problem before.

Ugh, I know about that spot, and touching the fossil rocks there did nothing.

The correct fossil rock is in the circle room just up and right of B on the 2nd map. There should be 2 labyrinth scorpions and a jelly in the room.
