all items can easily be found in AH.

eye from slimes
sheep meat
uhhhhh, some kind of fish. tell me and I'll send you one free, have 10 left.
and a vegtable of some kind, like a beet or something.

all can be found in food section, except maybe slime eye, which is either there, or alchemy.
Trade them to Wasshu or something in the room right next to quest giver to get key item.

Question: I have to accept AF2 at 10 am tomorrow (0:00 JST), but that means I might miss all SAM AF2 shouts. Now, AF2 requires giving ingredients to a chef, then receiving a key item. Lets say, I join an af2 shout without having the quest accepted. We go to onzozo, we kill the NM, and I roll for the drop (since it drops 6). Can I then go to Norg, accept the quest, then just trade him the item? Will that work at all?

I traded four items and got key item.
I killed NM and got key item.
Went back to quest giver, heard that I had to wait till after 0:00 jst, which was like 16 hours.
I talked to him again this morning, nothing.
He says something different than yesterday and mentions a key item, which I have in my key items list.
