Ninja AF 1:
(keep in mind, my JP sucks, there won't be much story here)
Go to Norg, talk to Ryoma.
Head over to Bastok and speak with Kagetora and then talk to Ensetsu.
Now go on over to Eastern Altepa (H-5 or 6) -im forgetting the exact pos, i will fix later, and 'speak' to the ???. Two spider NM's will appear and the fight begins.
-----Spider NM PT Setup--------
I actually found two people right at the ??? when I got there, an AF pld and AF blm. They helped me kill those two spiders, however, they were /anon so I don't know their lvls. Basically, If you have a few high lvl'd people to help, you should be dandy.

After the NM fight, 'speak' to the ??? again and you'll get a blue item. Now mosey on over to Bastok and talk to Ensetsu.
After speaking with Ensetsu, head back to Norg and talk to Ryoma to finish the quest.

Your rewards are indeed 2 1h katanas:
One gives you str +2 dex -1
The other gives you str -1 dex +2
And I'm forgetting their D and delay (I'll post that later).
