Uhmm if your sig is right, you definately should wait another 10 levels before trying to do m10. Theres not one part of this mission you would be able to do alone (if you dont want to buy things on the AH.. especially)I plan to live forever.. so far so good.

You need to talk to Ghebi Damomohe three times (he's in Lower Jeuno, Neptune's Spire). Then go to the Bastok branch of the Tenshoudo (Port, in the Warehouse) and get the Tenshoudo Application Form [天晶堂入会申込書]. Return to Ghebi Damomohe and he'll let you in to the Tenshoudo in Jeuno. He'll also give you the Introduction Letter [天晶堂への紹介状] which you can pass/sell to others to let them join. I can't remember who I gave mine to, but I got mine for free too.
