Need help on a Jeuno quest series

While doing Evilghost's Monk AF2 a few days back, I won the roll on a gold mask thing dropped by an Orc. My freind tells me that it's used to get the gloves he currently wears (Lv 45, Def10, Vit+1 Int+1, EX) and it's a Jeuno series of quests. If anyone knows the series of quests leading up to the gloves could you please give me a guide to them all please. All I know id one of the quests involves getting signitures for someone called Derrick in lower Jeuno. Thanks.

1. Talk to Collet at Upper Jeuno. Talk to Galmut at the house at G7. Quest "ƒfƒŠƒP?[ƒg‚ÈŽžŒv“ƒ" activated.
2. Talk to Garnev inside Tenshoudo at Lower Jeuno. Quest "“V?»“°‚Å‚ÌŽæˆø" activated. Trade Golden Orc Mask (ƒI?[ƒN‚̉©‹àƒ}ƒXƒN). Obtain Clock Tower Oil (ŽžŒv“ƒ‚Ì–û). Quest "“V?»“°‚Å‚ÌŽæˆø" completed.
3. Visit Galmut. Quest "ƒfƒŠƒP?[ƒg‚ÈŽžŒv“ƒ" completed. Obtain Mechanic's glove.
4. Talk to Derrick at Chamber of Commerce Lower Jeuno. Quest "??–¼‚ð?W‚ß‚ë" activated. Obtain 10 signatures:
Upper Jeuno - Collet
Upper Jeuno Infirmary - Monberaux, Constance, Souren
Upper Jeuno - Baudin (the kid from M10)
Upper Jeuno Eatery - Zuber (this inn has a race/job entrance requirement depend on the day of week)
Lower Jeuno Home - Teigero-Bangero (home at far end of Jeuno)
Lower Jeuno - Zauko (street light quest)
Port Jeuno - Pitantimand (Sandoria Port)
Ru-lude - Radeivepart (Zvhal map quest)
Quest "??–¼‚ð?W‚ß‚ë" completed.
5. Visit Galmut. Quest "ŽžŒv“ƒ‚Æ?”N" activated and completed. Obtain Time Hammer.

Thanks again Bebe~, I got my Gloves and I only need one signiture on my petition, just patiently waiting for Taru day at Marble Bridge. One more thing though, if you or anyone knows what exactly this key is for please let me know ^^. I got it tonight at another Garliege cofer key hunt.

Sorry for bumping this 5 month old thread

Anyway I've talked to Collet and got that cutscene where Galmut drones on and on about the clock, but then after that when I talk to Galmut at the house he just ignores me (says something like I'm busy come back later), and the quest won't activate.

Am I right in assuming that I don't have enough fame for it? If so, which area fame should I increase? Having a little trouble getting quests to activate: Zauko in lower jeuno won't give me the light-streetlamps quest, Karl won't give me the wonder magic set, etc etc ...
