Genkai 4 and the July Patch

I've heard, through many a grapevine, that the July Patch (7/18 possibly) may harbor many new additions (Expansion AFs, lv70 cap)...

I've also heard that the Genkai 4 quest involves a BCNM fight (much like M11)...

Can anyone confirm this, or any other information pending the patch?

Confirming AF & Lvcap

I have heard from varius player's that that patch will include the AF Equipment for the 4 new Job's and raise the LvCap to 70.Also they say there will be new area's opened but that's all i have heard .
