Our ls is short on mages. Good choice. A whm or blm would make us all happy. My vote is for whm

You mentioned you were trying to decide on a START UP job. Does that mean you'd take WHM all the way to cap... or dump it at 30 for another advanced job? Just curious. You ca do whatever you want.

Tomorrow we were going to get together to take a big group picture... so it's a shame you cant be there for it. If you change your mind and can log on tomorrow at 2:00PM est... you're more than welcome to join us for it. Not really sure yet. I want to get to 30 and start getting and trying out the support jobs, then decide where to go from there. Though I have always enjoyed healing so I'll probably end up taking whm higher than 30.

Patching takes almost 9 hours... depending on the speed of the system you're using. My best suggestion to you is to start it before you go to bed... and finish it when you wake up. Otherwise it's a lot of waiting around.

I'd like to start patching, but it won't let you patch without a content ID (worst decision they made with the game but whatever).

I agree... it's up there in the list of stupid decisions. I don't know what time that means you'll have to wait until before you can get your content ID, but even if you had to wait until midnight... I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be finished by 2:00.

Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to get start until at least 6am, and since I'll be sleeping then it'll probably be later than that. I guess I won't be able to get in on time. Oh well, it is what it is.

I actually managed to get patched and in fairly quickly. I created a Hume WHM in Bastok named Chiasmus.
