Recovering PlayOnline ID

I recently found my old FF11 discs and was thinking about trying it out again for at least a little bit. I installed it and then realized that I never took down what my PlayOnline ID was. Is there anyway to recover it, either by emailing or calling support? What would I need for them to give me the ID? I have heard from others that you need the last 4 digits of the card you used to subscribe. I have no idea what card I used, but have the registration keys for the games. Can those be given instead of the credit card number?

Also, if I do end up getting my POL ID back, how do I go about upgrading my old account (Original+Zilart) to the Ultimate Collection that is on Steam for $5?

Thanks! I called them and they were able to tell me my POL ID and reset my password. Now to see if I can get my characters back. ;P
