I quit 2 years ago but feel the urge to return

There is a problem though. I don't remember my POL password and the credit card I used was cancelled a little less than 2 years ago. Is there any way to get my password reset? Square Enix's account security is tighter than Fort Knox ><. Just want to play this until FFXIV comes out. Possibly afterwards depending on whether XIV lives up to my dreams.

Yes, as long as you provide all the other information on the account. This happened to me last year when I returned from a 4 year hiatus. I gave them a holla and explained that my credit card was long expired, etc etc, and they just needed some personally info frmo the account. From there, they gave me my POL ID and my password.

Also, if you have your manual still, just write your shit down and you'll never have to go through this again.
