need hlp with old account

hi.

i havent played ffxi for more than a year. to explain my problem:
i am european, but i got the us version when it was out. i also got all us upgrade packs till godess.

i wanted to start play ffxi again now and i nought the european ultimate collection.
after installing the game i started pol and when i entered my old login, it told me that my id or password is wrong.
my id and password cant be wrong, i wrote them down into my game manual.

so what i wonder now.
got my old account deleted for being idle to long, or do i got hacked, or cant i login to my us account via an eu pol?
oh, and how can i play on my old account via the new account? i remember that i should be able to login from any account?

if its been over a year, then that could be the case, you need to contact customer support and as them if they can recover it, they might beable with some info from you.

seems that my old account is lost permanent. so im left with my new eu account.
but now i have a new problem, while creating a character i can choose a server now. i always played on odin, and i still have friends there, but odin is not in the list.

are here still world passes or gold world passes that allow me to go back to odin?
if not, i not only lost my charater, but also my 'home'.

Odin along with a few other servers are locked, no new characters can move or be made on them
