Looking to come back

Well FFXI seems to be something I just can't put behind me. I originally started playing the day it was release in NA, ever since it has been off and on.

I am looking to come back. I have purchased the newest collection from D2D but I cannot seem to locate my old Playonline ID. I really do not want to start over. I had to much vested just to let it go.

Any thoughts on how I can recover my old ID without the box/old serials?

Nothing you can really do. Either remember it or don't. AFAIK, SE doesn't have any way to look up lost POL IDs.

I believe they can restore lost pol id's if you have the rest of the original info, such as password, name, address, credit card, all that.
