Hello all i will be making my return to FF soon i hope. i have been reading all threads and from what i gather i can get my old character back (i hope) The thing i am unclear about is all codes and crap lol. If i give Customer support a call with all my information i am hoping that will be good, is this true? I cant find my old playoline id which kinda sucks but have the registration codes from the games i bought. Will this be good? I dunno thought maybe someone had same problems and could give me a quick answer, if not ill be calling soon lol. Thanks all and see you in the game!!

Have as much information as you can available when you call, like your personal info, credit card info, POL ID and password (returning and established players), and possibly your registration codes.

I believe there is an option on the site for using the return players feature, but I think you need your content ID for that.
