Billing error?

Now, i'll explain with an example what the problem is:

my credit card was freezed and i was not able to get it active again for POl billing day of november (1st of november). Today i reactivated it and i got istantly 25.90 euro billed instead of 12.95. WHY?!?
Reviewing my credit card information i see that i've payed every month before November, exlcuding some months that i've not played at all (and i've reactivated my account AFTER the 1st of july so i didn't have to pay June).

Have they billed me december too? O_O OR WHAT?! Atm help desk from the website is off o.o

Many times they will bill for the following month in this situation. Not entirely sure why, but it does happen fairly often. You probably won't get billed next month.
