Returning: Only played about a month

I played about 9 months ago but had to stop due to time constraints. I have more free time now and I am starting up again with some questions.

1. Best server for a relative newbie? (starting over)
2. Are the experiencing rings still available (empress I believe) and how do you obtain one?
3. Can you still do a quest for a human pet at later levels> I read about this when I first started.
4. Best way to find a linkshell?

Any server, same as before.

Yes the rings still exist, you get them as a Conquest item in return for 500 or 1000 CP.

Yes you can get an adventuring fellow, if you make it a human pet, well I suppose thats between you and them

Best way to get a LS is to meet people and not refer to them as your pets.
