Well I was stuffed with work so I had to quit FFXI like 7 months ago and don't remember my PlayOnline ID, is there any way to get it back or do I have to start over? ><

I think you're screwed. At best, you might be able to contact SE and ask what POL ID your credit card was tied to. Are you sure you didn't write it down anyway?
