Returning - new characters stuck on old server

I just started playing the game again, I bought a new Content ID (my old characters are still on my old, cancelled IDs) and created a character.. but the game kept throwing my new chara to my old server Quetzalcoatl, though I wanted to play on Caitsith.
Finally I got a WP to Caitsith so I created my character there, but now I'm making a set of mules and they still get thrown to Quetza, tho I've got no active IDs/characters there. Is there any way to get the game to stop putting every new chara I make on Quetza, or should I just get a darned WP every time I need a mule ;_;?

I thought you could get like 6 characters on 1 world pass or something.

You can get 5 characters, I think (so I could get one pass and create all the new charas with it, but the wp:s on my server are expensive and I'm poor ;_.

I'm just wondering if this thing could be fixed, somehow, since AFAIK the game should create all the next charas on the same server as the first one. Except that, hmmm, my first chara on the list is now one of the old ones on Quetza, so should I have to re-activate the old IDs and delete the old charas?

I got a WP earlier a few days ago for only a few K, just ask around

just type Caitsith into the server box, leave WP code empty, for your mules. presto!
