Wanted to get back into FF XI but cant get pass the Playonline Password screen, how do i get a pass for that ?

You enter your old password from when you played before. If you can't remember it, you can contact PlayOnline and hopefully find out what it was. Worst case scenario, you have to buy another copy of the game.

You will probably need:
Original credit card, name, address information
latest credit card, name, address information
POL ID
POL product key number <---
However, if you are missing one piece of that list, and you catch a CSR that is being difficult about it, you can always call another day and see if a different CSR can help you.
CSR is similar to GMs in that they aren't all the same and some will let you bend the rules.Comment
