Greetings members of Dreams in Vana'Diel's social community!
Have you ever felt like starting over from scratch, on a completely unknown server to you, with only yourself and five other individuals whom you just met? If you never have, well, gtfo(I say this in a loving tone). For those who are interested, read on!
Recently I had just purchased FFXI again, since my account had expired 4 days ago from the 90 day limit(**** your stupid account deletion system SE(Again, in a loving tone)), and before I go through the digustingly long and tedious grind from newbieland, I decided I would much rather take a different approach to leveling a character.
With that said, I will be forming a 6-man static party with those who are interested.
The server, class roles, schedules are all up in the air. They will be discussed once the decided group is able to converse with each other. That being said, there are a few not-so-requirements that would be lovely if you could meet if you are interested!
#1 Try not to fall in love with me.
#2 Be friendly! If you only know how to speak one word at a time, with vulgar and/or rude absurdly incorrect grammar, then maybe you shouldn't be interested.
#3 Be considerate of the group. If you have times where you just don't feel like playing anymore, please let that feeling pass so we can all finish our regular scheduled group.
Still interested? Hope so!
As I said previously, the server, classes, and schedules are all undecided. The reason being should be obvious enough.
Be expected to not get your most-wanted class role. In fact, it would be best if you didn't have a most-wanted role, and to be open for a variety of roles. We will need to fill the group up with what it needs, it's as simple as that.
The server we choose will most likely not be on the one your main is on. I know it's unfortunate, but it's only fair for everyone.
As for schedules, obviously the most pressing issue, will have to be decided with an unanimous decision. To give a rough estimate on what everyone will be okay with, expect to play in the evenings, at least 3 hours of play time, and at least four days a week.
I know your main character is an important character to you, but if you feel it will get in the way with our regular group ups, it probably would be best if you didn't apply.
