I just mean that FFXI is a weird game, and it can sometimes be laggy in crowded places.

will it ONLY be laggy in crowded areas and play clean in other areas?

on the ps2 i only lagged in crowded areas.

I can't say for certain, unfortunately. Each computer runs it differently. Someone with more technical know-how would have to answer that for you.
