ok guy i finally decided i'm going to come back to ffxi. i need some advice tho. i have the original ffxi with the rise of zilart crap right now. my content id for ffxi got deleted from the 3 months so i can do the return to home thing though option B.

i was just wondering. would it be better just to get a new set with zilart and chains then buy the new expansion OR use my original ffxi and just buy the 2 expansions?

i duno what would be the better thing to do. it would both be 50 bucks either way. and my character was low on my account so its not like i would lose much. also my playonline name is kinda wack lol. is there any way i can change that?

hmm if costs are the same both ways, I would get the DVD collection + ToA and open a new account myself.
having the game + 2 expansion all in 1 DVD is very convenient. And you will have less patch to download too.
