Back but having trouble "getting connected"

Hello Everyone!

Over the past summer one of my friends introduced me to FFXI and gave me a character on his account. I have since purchased a laptop PC and now I am looking to get back into the gaming community. However I am having some trouble finding an internet service provider as no cable companies will reach this far and verizon wireless does not offer dsl at my house, however my dads girlfriend lives only 3 miles away and its offered there!!! Anyhow, I was wondering if anyone knew who I could talk to about getting DSL in this location,

btw I am in NW ohio...and I have direct tv..........didnt know if anyone knew of any satellite dsl providers?

um your best bet is looking LOCALY at what options you may have instead of asking ppl who may live thousand of miles away if we happen to know what services are available to you from thousands of miles away..
