Well i'm going to start playing again with 5 other friends, and i was wondering what is a good group set up we should shoot for? What are a few good group setups that can make some good xp?

well, you need a tank and a healer in the party. Everything else is icing on the cake. You want to play with no downtime? Get someone in your party to take up bard. Just make sure one of you takes up a healing job and someone else takes up a tank job.
Besides that, bring a damage dealing job (drk) or anything else that floats your boat. -
