No I got the manual.
I tried to register as a new member using the codes... no dice.
I forgot my old POL ID and pword so I can't log in.

Way before that. Then I came back, possibly after... I didn't get RNG past 25 to give you a proper answer.

Would you happen to know where I can get a POL ID recovery?
I lost my POL ID (already a member) and I have the registration codes and manual... can't find the damn POL ID and can't create a new POL ID with these old codes... keeps saying it's invalid.

*vomit* POL ID missing and I had CoP activated on that as well. Can't recover (from what it seems, you need POL ID in order to talk to SE), can't re-register... I can't buy a new game... I wanted to try it out to see if it was for me, then come back... not commit a large sum of money for something that may only last a month. /sigh, well thanks for the help and adios. I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

contact POL support (official site). they'll ask for some identifying info and, if possible, restore your pol id + password.

Via email? Phone? Can't contact them by email, they need POL ID and pword to even talk to them. On the phone section it says "have POL ID ready".

Friend of mine had to do that, the only info they asked for confirmation wise was the creditcard info the account had been under.

I don't know the credit card I used to pay with back then either... agian, I don't have my POL id so I can't contact them to begin with. I tried through email, only thing left is phone... /sigh.
