Hello, I'd like to give this game a try. A friend of mine has been playing it often, and I'd like to join him. I never pay for these sorts of games (subscription, money per month, etc.) unless there is a trial to give it a try. Thanks.

Hey, I need a buddy pass. I've already bought the vana'diel collection 08 for windows but it doesnt ship until the 15th...I have a week and a half off 5 days before that and I'm afraid it wont get me in time for that. If the buddy pass doesn't say where I can get the download I really need to know as I can't seem to find a place to do it...or even playonline. Thanks in advance.

PS. As background, I played FFXI almost right after it came out here in the US and got up to level 59 rdm and level 50 drg but had to stop for various reasons after...almost a year maybe.

Edit: How many people who post here actually get a buddy pass?

EDIT2: Oh my how bored I'm going to be if I don't get this buddy pass...my break starts tomorrow.

EDIT3: I thought I would mention the fact that I don't live anywhere close to an ebgames or a gamestop so I can't go pick up the $2 starter pack...which I would rather do anyway.

Hello all, I am a previous FFXI player and I loved the game. Me and a buddy of mine are really interested in trying the game again, and am currently broke, so if someone has a couple of buddy passes or vouchers they can spare I would gladly pay back in gil. one buddy pass would work, I can always have him register and ask, but two would awsome too

Hi im looking for a buddy pass to try out the game again. I use to play about 4 years ago on Leviathan server but I left my old manual and log in info in storage before I moved overseas just want to give it a whirl for 30 days before I go fork out for a compilation.

I played on Midgardsormr at NA release but went to WoW with some other friends.. still playing WoW, raiding Sunwell, but wanted to check out FFXI again. Would really appreciate if anyone could hook me up with a buddy pass! Will prolly play on Sylph I know some folks over there but none of them have any passes=p

I would like trial key, my friends all started playing this again after about a year break...so if you give me one ill almost definately buy the game you can email it to me or just PM, thanks!
