First year out to univ, i quit playing last year. First semesters over, i'm back home, got nothing to do for 3 weeks.

I never thought i'd be saying this, but i wanna come back to ffxi... I really don't know if i should though. I'm technically only going to be free for 3 weeks, and i still have minor things to do during this time. But i really am free, no work.

I'm soo tempted to come back, i guess i always thought i would, still haven't cancelled my account. But can i really play this game again for 3 weeks and be able to cut it off entirely when this is over? is what i'm thinking.

Damn...all i need are the dics and i'm i can be playing in no time...DAmnit! i probably shouldn't though.

What do you guys think....

Yeah, you should come back but you need to be able to give it up for periods of time if you need to as well...

winter break? haha 3 weeks only might not be worth it >.> maybe if you'll think you would continue playing after break. otherwise i'd tell you to save your money ;]

Don't play it if you have problems quitting.. Come back later, when you're less "into" Final Fantasy XI. Trust me

people can never quit this game...... you always come back for more... i quit like over 5 times i guess this is what addiction is like? ^_^;

As a college student, I have been able to play during both winter and summer break, while quitting during school. I've done it for two years without any serious problems. It's not too hard to kick the habit if you put your mind to it.
