Ive quit, returned, quit and returned a lot of times now. I'm afraid that the economy is still whacked. How is the economy now? Mainly, cost on sniper rings....it seems like if those go up, everything else goes up too.

but honestly, it's not that hard to get adjusted to the economy. you just need to put some time in to farm.

sniper rings are about 1.5mil on ragnarok atm. i got like 3k saved up and have invested heavily into bcnms to get archer rings and gardening =/

the economy sucks but if i have any suggestions for you it is to farm in either east sarabota around spispi just in case he spawns but kill crawlers and bees

bees hive chips stacks on my server is like 10k and crawler silks stacks are like 35k ish so it adds up fairly quick if you got treasure hunter.

my problem is i can't sell my beehive chips because i need them to make my food

Um, excuse me but, WHAT THE FLAMING FUCK 2 MONTHS AGO SNIPERS WERE ONLY 350K HOW DID THEY GO UP SO HIGH?!

So the economy has only gotten worse? But has the inflation occured to everything in general? Cause that means getting money is easier as well then...or are only the highly sought items gone up in price? >,<

To be quite honest I'm afraid to rejoin as well, even though I'm DEFINATELY rejoining. I only had around 500k on my BLM, and the most I've had was 900k. I'm a 51 BLM, and currently do not have enough Seals to do BCNM40 or even BCNM50. The funny thing is though, I do have a pair of Leaping Boots ^.^ which I do NOT plan on selling.

How very wrong. Snipers are one of the harder items to make, compared to, lets say, Yagudo Drinks. No one item decides the prices of otherwise unless it does so directly.

Yes, high price items have gone higher, but for the most part a lot of other items easier to get have also increased in price.
Its like gasoline 30 years ago. It was like 20 cents a gallon, but even though its over 2 dollars now, everyone is making more money at their job, so its really not a big deal.

Referring to the first, not on all occasions does the economy seem whack. I quitted FFXI for one month. Raise II was 560k, straight from 60k in one day!

Then when I return, Raise 2 was 50k and Raise 3, used to be 2 million, was just 10k!

So it's worth a shot at times. And there are people who lower the prices for us on the servers, so it's a bit of price struggle. Basically, they put their items on and buy them off for lower. Bless their souls.
