Just curious what the best way to get the best video quality I can for the game. I did see the sticky that says something about it but it is a very old sticky and so I thought maybe there is new stuff with all the updates that will allow it to be even better.

it is pretty much the same, just easier to deal with. The game was a PS2 game ported to PC, so it never used the GPU properly in the first place -.--------------------------------------------------------------------------
