I forgot password and forgot credit card used. HELP!

I bought FFXI in 2007 and i stop playing that year, now i want to comeback but i forgot my password, i called them up one day and they said that i needed my credit card but i forgot which one i used, honestly i dont think i have it anymore. please help me, i just want to get my old character back instead of making a new one and having to buy the expansions and the whole game all over again.

p.s. Is there anyway i could tell them the stuff my character had? because i remember a few things about my character.

They have other ways of proving your identity than credit card. I didn't have mine and they asked for my birthday, residence on account, phone number, etc. Try asking them for other verification methods, because they do have them.

They also might ask for your registration codes, if you have them then I think they can help you much easier. If none of what was posted here and above works then you might have to send in a notary form proving you are who you are.
