Dual boxing situation...

Heres the situation, i started playing ffxi a few months ago, my girlfriend saw me play it and decided to give it a try, now shes hooked, and i cannot get her off (even when i want to play), we purchased the game via Steam, and we have 2 chars on one account. We both want to play together, shes 30WHM and im 25WAR. So i decided to start building a new comp to play ffxi on, and i have a few questions:
1. Do i have to buy FFXI on steam again?
2. I know i have pay another monthly subscription, but is there a way to transfer my character over to my new account?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated, especially regarding the character transfer, as i dont want my character to be used as a mule on my GF's account.

You'll need another pair of reg codes. How you obtain the software is up to you. Your characters will not transfer, one of you will be starting over. I'd recommend you do; one, her WHM can power level you back up to where you were; two, melees are generally easier to level than mages; three, she is the female.
