I just bought a used ultimate collection for $5 with $3 shipping. I don't need the codes so this worked well for me.

But I would just have your sister mail them, it will only take a couple days.

true I will give it that, the new 09 collection is what? 20 30 bucks? and that is everything up till now.

Fifteen bucks. And it's even got a fresh code that will unlock the mini-expansions (but I hear you have to enter it once for each expansion)

I bought Collection a few months ago just to have something to install on a mediocre laptop so I wouldn't have to lug a PS2 around when I'm away from home. And I'll unlock the minis one of these days for the lazy nexus cape.

Now if you're missing PS2 expansions, then you're SOL unless you can find the necessary disks used. The PS2 Collection disk doesn't go cheap on fleaBay.
