Cancelling FFXI.

So, I want to cancel my FFXI accounts.. but the computer that had POL doesn't work anymore and I can't afford to download/update it again on my new internet plan.

Is there anyway for me to cancel them over phone/internet support?

SE Support Center ~ Chat Support ~ I've used it before to cancel an account...it works, though it can take awhile sometimes before you'll get a CSR; other times you'll get a response right away!

Chat Support is available Monday through Friday 9:00 - 18:00 (Pacific Time) (Excluding holidays)
