White background when I run

I posted this question in the graphic card sticky thread, but it seems like it'd be easier to get a quicker answer with a new one because it doesn't look like that thread gets so very active as let's say, a new one.

Anyways..

I have more then whats required to runFFXI, it's my first time playing and I've never had this encounter in another MMO except for EQ2 when I first got it but it was an easy fix. Anyone know how to fix it?(everything's up to date as well)

Nvidia Gforce 7600GS
AMD Athlon 1800+
1.50GHZ
1.50GB ram
Game runs VERY smooth, everything is smooth.

I have similar issues with my desktop. For me its that one of my graphics cards is going to shit. I've tried every driver known to man and nada! LOL I really get a kick out of it when I have a paused video thats up behind my FFXI. One time I was in Dynamis Xarc and suddenly in one of the glitches there was this huge eye! Freaked the shit out of me for a minute until I realized it was the video bleeding through in the glitched portions of the game. LOL Anyways, good luck. Try different drivers, pull out your hair, and let's hope you don't have to buy a new video card (or return it if you just bought one).
