I just recently reinstalled, been about nine months since I last played, and realized I'd lost my password. I called POL and they reset it np, and I was able to log on and everything. Logged back out, satisfied that everything worked, and here one week later, I go to log in to play and it says my password is invalid. Checked and double checked, entered it again, still no luck. Didn't try a third time because I figured I'd be locked out, but went to the POL site instead and tried to use my password there to log in to my account. It worked fine.. so.. why can I log into my account from their website, but not from the POL Viewer? I checked the POL files, nothing was corrupted.
Gonna call them tomorrow and see if they'll reset it again, but still, why would that happen in the first place? Anybody ever had this happen to them?
