Hi guys,
I own the Vana'diel Collection as well as Aht Urghan, and previously had them installed on my computer. I also installed the PlayOnline Viewer with my account.
Due to being overseas for an extended period of time I cancelled the player account on FFXI. I just came back after nearly a year to update my playonline viewer and it says that my password doesn't work, although I still receive the updates from Square Enix in my mail box. I never deleted the PlayOnline account, so what happened to my password?!
I'd really appreciate any help anyone can give, as I'm not interested in the slightest in buying a new game over again - - how do I find out my old member name and playonline name? Thanks!
