login and deleting account problem

ok i got final fantasy XI a while and started playing it. i just recently reinstalled my windows so i had to reinstall playonline. i wrote down my playonline id but not my password. i wanna end my subscription but i cant log in because it says i have the wrong password. i tried to make a new one but its not working. please help.
