Hello, FFXIOnline, it's been a while.
Right now I am posting regarding a problem I have been having as of recently. Before I describe the problem, I did a search everywhere and unfortunately no sites that I could find had threads on this issue, except for this one from about 2 years ago, which disappointingly was never replied to

So anyhow, my problem is essentially the exact same as the one described in the above thread. First off, I primarily play on the PC. Basically what happens is I'll log onto PlayOnline (I'm not sure if it's from the point I log onto PlayOnline or open PlayOnline Viewer as an executable), but I will play FFXI for two hours, regardless of what I do, no matter what, on the exact 2 hour mark, I will disconnect in a very odd fashion. My gameplay will seemingly stop, like any other loss of connection, except I can see text come up in the box, and if I'm partying, occassionally I will see a party member use a spell or ability, but they won't move. After about two to three minutes I finally get a message saying there was no response from the server, and I'm kicked out to the PlayOnline Viewer, where it loads back up, but it also makes me wait about one minute while it sits at 'Receiving Messages' (I don't have any to receive, it just does that.) Then I log back on, play, only to be disconnected the same way two hours later. (It gets frustrating when I'm trying to exp and my tp resets or campaign and I get no exp because it ends while I'm disconnected, etc.) I would also like to note that this happens to all terminals in the household. If I attempt to play FFXI on my 360, after two hours I will disconnect. If I try to play on the PS2, exact same thing.
Random specifics; Suppose I play FFXI for an hour, and I relog from PlayOnline fully, then log back in. It will reset the 2 hour countdown.
Also, I used to just be wired directly from the modem to the PC for my Cable internet connection. The problem started happening immediately after I setup my wireless router. (D-Link DI-524)
Note that I have opened both the ports for PlayOnline and Final Fantasy XI, and that I've had a couple of people give a second opinion about my connection to see if I was out of my mind when I set up the wireless network.
I might be missing ports, or may have put the wrong ports in, so if someone has suggestions; be free.
I'm open to anything at this point.
(A big shoutout to everyone from like... five years ago, Pai Pai Master What's up.)
Thanks to everyone in advance.
Edit: I forgot to mention that there was one incident where I disconnected, and then my connection was fine afterwards for a good 6 hours or so (I didn't wait around to see how long it would last.) But the next day it was back to normal (Every 2 hours, disconnecting.)
