Geforce or Radeon card?

Uhh it's probably been done before but I'm looking at two cards for my sister's PC(so she can play). I'm limited by the AGP slot in it so I'm going about mid-range...I think...

I have a choice between Radeon 9600PRO 256MB 128-bit, and a GForce FX 5200 256MB 128-bit. I'm leaning twords the geforce card but I wanted some opinions and some expertise. I heard that one of the brands has FFXI issues but my info could be old....

Can you help me out?

definitely go with the radeon 9600 pro. it's much better than the 5200. 9600 pro was the mid-range product solution 4 generations ago while the 5200 was the low-end product 3 generations ago.
